Synopsis

Roland Hyde confesses to Ashley Zerkle 999 times and finally wins her heart. But on the eve of their wedding, they are transported to a war-torn era. Ashley helps him conquer lands and build an empire, eventually becoming his empress. Years later, Roland insists on taking another woman as a concubine and imprisons Ashley for resisting.
