Synopsis

Jordan Steele's company runs into cash flow problems, so he seeks out Hannah Locke, the richest heiress of Crestline, for investment funds. She agrees on the condition that he must marry her. Jordan is already engaged to Sarah Clarke, but he accepts Hannah's proposition, knowing that Sarah's true love is his half-brother. Disheartened, Jordan becomes engaged to Hannah and goes abroad. When he returns, however, Sarah begs him not to leave.
